Installation

The sections below outline the ways that the open source and enterprise versions of CORE can be installed. All of our installations use Kubernetes, including the desktop version.

Deployed Platform (Open Source)

Our Kubernetes installation manifests provide a way to try out the CORE platform into a cloud environment or on-premises data center. Kubernetes installations are not for inexperienced engineers, and CORE requires a number of prerequisites such as Istio Service Mesh that are generally considered advanced Kubernetes skills.

CORE is a enterprise data platform with a number of dependencies and pre-requisites. To ensure a successful installation, devops engineers should pay particular attention to the pre-requisites.

The installation manifests are provided without warranty or support. The purpose is to provide a way for interested users to get started with CORE, and is not intended to provide a fully secure installation.

Desktop Install (Open Source) - COMING SOON

We are working on a Rancher Desktop installation for the open source version of CORE. Please check back later in the year for updates.

Enterprise Version

Please contact us about enterprise support agreements for CORE, and the commercial applications that can be bundled into the agreement.

Security

Telicent CORE is built to “secure by design” principles. However, a system is only as secure as the environment into which it is being installed.
