Telicent ADMIN
Telicent ADMIN, available with the Enterprise licence of Telicent CORE, is the user interface for managing Clients, Users, and Groups for the platform.

How to use the Telicent ADMIN application
Use of the Telicent ADMIN application is focussed around a main screen listing the items being managed. It is from here that all the main activities of adding, viewing, and modifying the different types of items being managed; clients, users, and groups.
The interface is described in more detail, below. Please refer to the other pages in this section to learn about how to perform activities within the Telicent ADMIN application.
Accessing Telicent ADMIN
Telicent ADMIN is accessed via the URL: <CORE app host domain>/admin, e.g. https://apps.my-telicent-install.local/admin.
Overview of the interface
On first load of the app a list of Clients of the Telicent CORE platform is presented as a table in the main, central, part of Telicent ADMIN’s window. It is in this main window that details of each item managed by Telicent ADMIN is listed: clients, users, and groups.
The types of items being managed, clients, users, and groups, are also presented as a list to the left of the Telicent ADMIN window. Each type of item can be selected to provide details of all the items of that type being managed within Telicent ADMIN. Because the Client type is at the top of the list of types of item it is automatically selected on first load of Telicent ADMIN and so the details of any clients are shown in the central part of the window.
Each item listed, be they clients, users, or groups, will have their own set of properties forming columns of the list and a View button allowing the user to view full details for the item is at the right of the item’s row.
In addition to viewing full details for a user it is also possible to review and potentially revoke the active sessions the user is participating in.
