Telicent Access

Telicent Access is a lightweight application for setting user access attributes for CORE. It is intended for testing and demonstrating attribute based access control (ABAC) within CORE.

Filtering users

You can filter users by using the search, by country, classification or user metadata.

Editing permissions

Click the edit pencil next to a user to manage their dataset access within the Telicent applications. Here you can manage each users settings

• Name and Email address
• Classification access
• Deployed organisation
• Personnel type
• Whether a user is active or non-active
• Which datasets a user has access to

To add dataset access for that user, choose the dataset in the user group dropdown on the right-hand side. Once added you will see it in the list of all datasets underneath. Click the bin icon on the group label if you want to remove access. Don’t forget to update to save you changes.

Adding users to groups

Groups are used to assign access control to multiple users simultaneously. Groups may be attached to data so be careful when editing or deleting groups not to deny access to certain information.

Click on the groups tab in the left-hand side navigation to view all and create new groups.
Make sure when you are adding a group name do not leave blank spaces.
